Facility Use Request Form - Wedding

All requests for Church use are subject to consistory approval if necessary. Groups are responsible for their own room set up and take down. They are also responsible for any damage to building or contents.

Persons renting rooms in the church are to leave the room in the same condition as they find it.

MEMBER FEES:

  • No fees for facility usage
  • Custodial Services: $100 wedding, $100 reception
  • Audio/Tech Services: $35 minimum suggested gratuity
  • Other fees: Ministerial and pianist/organist

NON-MEMBER FEES:

  • Option #1: $300 sanctuary rent ($75 custodian/$225 sanctuary)
  • Option #2: $450 sanctuary rent, fellowship hall, family life center ($125 custodian/$325 sanctuary/FH/FLC)

Please drop off or send a check to Maurice Reformed Church two weeks prior to your event. These fees are for usage of the facility, but you are responsible for following the rental procedures posted on the wall (this includes putting away all tables and chairs.)

  • Please return this form along with your payment two weeks in advance
    (You can bring it to the office of Emily Borger)
  • Checks can be made out to Maurice Reformed Church and paid at the church
    office.
